We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent technical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations to prospective clients.

• Prepare client environments for demonstrations and client proof of value exercises 

• Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.

• Support sales efforts with in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise.

• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to address customer needs and feedback.

• Participate in customer meetings and provide support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical role.

• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer engagement.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated experience with B2B SaaS environments preferred  

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
